Lisa assisted our in house staff with the implementation of an effective Health and Safety program for ING DIRECT. Lisa has a wealth of knowledge that enabled her to produce a Health and Safety Manual complete with policies, procedures and forms to support the program. Lisa also provided management and staff training so that the ING DIRECT Health and Safety Committee are now able to effectively manage, organize and document day-to-day health and safety activities. Lisa has the background experience and knowledge to come in and set up a program in a very timely manner. There are very few resources in this area, Lisa has saved us countless hours of research and has provided insights on situations that we would never be able to research on our own.
